I am thrilled to announce the release of our Fall (September thru December) crochet class schedule!
This fall our crochet classes include;
Blanket CAL
Saturday September 19th, October 3rd & October 24th, 1-3PM
Join fab crochet instructor Cyndy for our fall Blanket Crochet-a-long! Whether it’s your first blanket or fortieth, you’ll get the support you need for the result you want. Bring a pattern of your choosing or use Cyndy’s own Super Cute Polka Dot pattern!
The cost is $30, or $15 if you purchased the materials from our shop~
Crochet a Hat
Saturday October 3rd, 10:30 – 12:30
A perfect class for the beginner or intermediate crocheter seeking a fast project to introduce working in the round & shaping! We’ll focus on Tia Davis’s freely available Basic DC Beanie, and if we have time will cover how to whip up a wee flower to decorate it!
The class is one two-hour session and costs $15, not including materials.
Crochet Slippers
Saturday November 7th & 21st, 1 – 3PM
Slippers are a wonderful, useful project for the crocheter looking to gift others or themselves! Our lovely instructor Cyndy recommends either Mamachee’s Oma House or Galilee slipper patterns.
Class is two two-hour sessions, and costs 15$ – this covers both sessions.
Crochet a Cowl!
Saturday November 21st, 10:30 – 12:30
Perfect for a beginner or intermediate crocheter looking for a warm, quick winter project! Using the free patterns for Sara Freisberg’s Chunky Color Block Cowl (pictured) or Stephanie Jessica Lau’s Triple Luxe Cowl, let our awesome crochet instructor Cyndy be your guide.
Class is one two-hour session and costs $15.
Learn to Crochet
Thursday September 10th, August 8th, November 12th or December 3rd, 6-8PM
Do all of the previous projects sound SO GREAT but you don’t happen to crochet? This class is for you! Learn the basics of crochet including the single, double and chain, as well as how to do a foundation row and fasten off. You can bring your own project or work on a scarf or dishcloth from a pattern provided.
The class is one two-hour session, and costs $15. Materials aren’t included but there will be spare hooks and yarn for you to experiment with in class.
